Update

Flowy fun with no huge climbs in either direction. Just rolling views of the lake.

Overview

Description

This trail is a great time in either direction. Built by professionals for flow and fun, this route certainly achieves what it set out accomplish. Fast, swooping downhills combine with mild obstacles to create a fun, flowing ride. The almost 5 mile trail is completed quickly. Be ready for big hills and whoop-di-dos on the western side, and some great downhills on the way to each point into the lake.

The west parking lot of Iron Mountain is the closest to the start of the trail. Enjoy this addition to one of the top trail systems in the state.

Rode the White Zone CCW, it would be great either direction. Rode Clockwork Orange CCW which was downhill mostly. 8.2mi — 3h 00m

January can be a bit cool, but the views from the trail are even more awesome than when the leaves are on the trees 5mi
