Description

This downhill features 100% pure, true, singletrack. With small kickers, steep drop offs, and winding fast downhill segments. Dropping in off the primary climb up Haines Canyon Trail, you'll pass the famous blue Volkswagen Bug that the trail is nicknamed for, then quickly accelerate into the descent.

A few switchbacks, some rocky sections and even a creek or two will greet you along the way. At the bottom this trail connects to Sister Elsie Trail which leads to much more singletrack fun.

On this trail you'll be riding next to a cliff most of the time so don't get too comfortable, and take it slow the first time through - the corners are sharp, unforgiving, and come up quick.

Additionally, keep a lookout for hikers as this is a shared trail.

Some more jumps have been added. The trail is a bit overgrown in places so visibility is a bit poorer than it previously was.
