This trail is mostly composed of switchbacks which can be ridden in either direction. If you're heading south to north, there are tight switchbacks on the ascent, but then things open up into more sweeping berms on the descent.

If you decide to take the trail from north to south, the climb is a little easier as you'll be able to us the wider switchbacks on the way up. There's a bit of a compromise, however, as then you'll have tighter turns on the way down, but the trail is still fun and high speeds can be achieved in either direction.
