Description

The Northern Loop starts off of Campground Road from the trailhead parking lot and connects to both the Main Loop and the River Loop. The trail travels in the clockwise direction and connects with the Northern Loop Connector at the 0.6-mile mark which allows you access the River Loop via the Multi-Use Horse Trail. This is the easiest trail option of Tanglewood Park and encompasses about 1.5 miles of trail. The trail intersects twice with the Multi-Use Horse Trail and connects back to the trailhead parking lot at its end.

Still real wet and muddy from the deluge on the 23rd. Roots are slippery, and a small tree fell across the connector to the river trail. Need to wait. 1.3mi
