Description

This is a key arterial road in Rothrock State Forest, especially if coming from the Galbraith Gap area. It starts off paved but changes to dirt about 4 miles in from the parking lot on the Galbraith Gap side.

It is used by bikers, runners, and hikers to access various roads and trails and as a means to get to the Coopers Gap area. From it you can branch off on Laurel Run Rd, Corner Road, Treaster Kettle Rd, Wampler Rd, Beidleheimer Rd,and Stone Creek Rd in the Alan Seeger Natural Area.

This road also provides access to Kettle Trail, Tussey Mountain Trail, North Meadows Rd, Galbraith Gap Trail.
