This is the second year I have ridden this system. The new trails added since last year make this even more fun. The climbs won't kill you and a good rider won't have to hike a bike anywhere. The very North end which includes the Plagueground is new to me and overlooks the lake. Wonderful views while you catch your breath. The return to the parking lot via the rat trap, what fun. I have never seen a more under rated trail system. The State of Colorado has put $400,000 into the system in the last two years. Riding from the very nice Ridgway State Park launches into the brand new Karni Sata loop, or up Plaguerground into the rest of the system. Mountain bike specific climbs, flow and unreal wash crossings (think G-Out). SUP / kayak in reservoir apres ride. 09/16/2017 Sep 16, 2017
