Getting forecast...

A good beginner trail to get you up and out of the parking lot.

Description [Suggest Changes]

This trail may be used to either depart from or return to the parking area for Red Mountain Open Space. This is a multi-use trail, shared with hikers and equestrians, and can be used as an alternative to Sinking Sun Trail.

The trail is mostly easy and fun, especially in the downhill direction. Near the bottom of the trail, there is a connector trail between it and Sinking Sun Trail if you want to make a loop and bypass the parking lot.
