Description

This dirt road connects the Pendergrass-Murray Recreational Preserve to the Sheltowee Trace National Recreation Trail. It contours on the south slopes of Big Sinking Creek above the stream.

There is an alternate route in dry weather on the north side of the stream that is more technical and actually follows the dry creekbed for a good distance. You can combine the two as a loop of about four miles.
