Description

This trail Is an offshoot from the McCullough Hills trail. The trailheads are well-marked and the 601 is a well-maintained and twisty desert trail through a lava rock boulder field. It is short but when combined with other trails in the area it gives you plenty of options for longer distances.

The north end of this trail beyond McCullough Hills Trail is a sandy wash and not a particularly enjoyable section to ride.
