Description

The nearest parking lot is the Loop Forest lot off Courthouse Rd. From there, it is less than 1/2 mile down the Loop Forest Trail (road). Bear left on the fire road as you pass Gateway1 on your left and then the Bell Lap TrailHead is on your right.

This is a one-way circuit trail that treats you with a nice downhill to a tiny section of fire road at the bottom. After the fire road, bear right back onto singletrack which climbs back toward the Blueberry Hill trailhead. This is a nice, easy climb through hardwoods and a few pines. It climbs for one mile at a nice gentle grade. If you are fit, it could be ridden fast and you might find a jump on the way up. Or a TTF or two... Take your time the first time down this trail if you have not ridden a jump style trail before. There are several rollers that will kick you over the bars. Also drop your seat!!
