Description

From a hard to find spot at about the midpoint of the Powerline Trail, charge down almost all the way to the reservoir. The tread starts out a little loose and rocky, but the bottom half is smoother and faster. When you see Barker Reservoir turn left and climb up a few steep switchbacks. The trail eventually dumps you onto a road in the subdivision. Be mindful as the last 25 feet are surprisingly steep (there was a rope in place as of spring 2015). If you turn left and ride the road for a few minutes you can pick up the Dog Trail to return to the trail system.
