Description

If approaching from Winding Stair Gap Road (FS 77) from the north, take a left, go around the gate which is No-Tell doubletrack, and look for a sharp right turn onto some sweeeet singletrack. This is Turner Creek Trail. In about half a mile, take a left to continue on the trail which turns into old doubletrack, otherwise you'll end up on FS 77 if you continue straight. From here, it is a nice smooth doubletrack all the way to FS28-1.

An alternate route (the best route, really) is to take a hard left onto the Turner Creek Spur after a half mile on the doubletrack.
