A fast and loose downhill!

Stephen Stankevich

Description

This trail is accessible from higher up Jones Park or from the top of Buckhorn. It can also be ridden uphill from High Drive. The downhill is fast and loose with exposure. The uphill is a beast.

I climbed high drive and then up this beast. It's a rough climb with lots of hiking.(for me at least) the do was fast and loose as advertised.

Forecasting the weather...

Was dissapointed with this trail, not much to it. Perhaps because the surrounding trails are so good, and it folows Jones park (is perfect) it was just lackluster. This is just a faster way off the mountain. Next time I'll climb back up to Buckhorn and leave this trail to the hikers, or mabee use it for a direct climb intsead of Highclimb drive. Aug 5, 2015
