Description

Leona's Loop (why it's called "loop" is beyond me) is probably the easiest trail to connect Eliza's Ridge Trail to the southern trails of the Preserve. Alternatively, you can take Julia's Crossing to the Cowboy Shack TH.

Leona's is a smooth, slightly downhill prairie trail that heads to the south before bearing left at the junction with Nathan's Trace. From here it climbs gently back north to a junction with Liam's Lark and Julia's Crossing.

An intermediate rider looking for something only slightly more technical would enjoy Liam's Lark more than Leona's.
