Official Trail Condition Updates are found at the Minnesota Off Road Cyclists website.

This is a southward extension of the trail system already in place at Theodore Wirth Regional Park in Minneapolis, Minnesota. It is a Flow style trail with berms, drops, rollers, and other obstacles and said to be the best flow trail in the Twin Cities.
