Overview
Sandy terrain with roots and rocks, this trail has it all: drops, uphills, technical and flowy sections. Some parts have been eroded, so be careful.
Need to Know
If you use the parking there is a 2 or 3 dollar charge. There is a beach directly adjacent to the park - the perfect way to end your ride!
Description
This ride is through a sandy trail and beach palms (watch out for falling coconuts! ). Some parts feature roots and rocks, but don't let that deter you!
The best part of this ride is the view to the Atlantic Ocean, so you can watch and hear the waves hitting the rocks. It has climbs and steep downhill sections. Cerro Gordo is signed with distance markers, so it's easy to tell how far you've gone, or still have to go.
