Description

Shittaka was one of the first trails in Rothrock built by mountain bikers that was entirely new, and it shows. After the initial flat and rocky section (necessitated by a timber sale that took out the original upper section) Shittaka rewards those with the skills and speed to skim the tops of the rocks and flow with the turns.

There is only one real intersection on the trail, a four way that if you go right will take you out to Flat Road, but its worth staying straight and enjoy the entire length, start to finish.

Some of the flowing turns right at the end of the ride. Good stuff!
