Description

The Sunset Pass trail is mainly used as a connector between the Tucson Mountain Park trails north of Ajo and the Camaro Loop or Bittersweet. Nevertheless, it is a fun bit of desert riding that is smoother than most TMP trails. Sunset Pass is at its best on the descent towards the 6' culvert which crosses under Ajo road. This trail can also be ridden from north to south for a fun, flowing climb on switchbacks.
