Description

This is a nice way to ride up to the trail system if you want to ride from the neighborhood instead of driving to one of the larger trailheads that serve this trail system. There is ZERO parking anywhere, it is a neighborhood not a typical "parking" trailhead. There are two no parking signs on site, as well as listed on "BCRD Summer Trail Link". Foot and bike traffic through the neighborhood is welcome, but it does pass through private land. It's a steady, but moderate climb on smooth trail. The trail then descends back down a few hundred yards to the intersection with Shadyside Trail.

In the other direction, it's a fast descent, but be courteous as this trail is often used by hikers and uphill riders.
