Update

A great challenging climb to Wildridge or an easier descent than Lee's Way Down.

Overview

Description

This trail is a straightforward climb to Wildridge with views of Beaver Creek and Avon. The climb begins roughly halfway through the Avon Singletree Connector (ASC) at the bottom of a drainage. From here, work your way up the trail as it switchbacks its way up the ridge to reach a junction with PB&J and eventually Lee's Way Down.

While the grades are mostly moderate along this trail, expect to use your granny gears at least a few times!

If you don't think the intermediate/difficult Lee's Way Down is in the cards, this can provide a fun descent as well—just be careful of riders slogging their way up.

One of the better trails in the Avon preserve area. Second to Lees Way. Biggest difference between this and Lees is that its not as great of flow. Lees has a much better flow to the trail and this has many more very tight switchbacks making it seem very peiced together ride. This is much better than a few other trails in that network May 28, 2016
