Outstanding "progressive" trail with a range of technical features

San Juanderer

Dogs Leashed

Features -none-

Description

This a recently built "progressive" trail with routes of varying difficulty. The trail has some natural drops and nice berms. Easier option lines are available at any feature, making the trail accessible by most riders out there.

The start of the trail can be a little difficult to find. It starts slightly northeast of the old concrete pads on top of Raiders Ridge.

From there it's fairly obvious. You'll go down through a section of slickrock with many options for route.

At the end you can either go down through the old rock quarry and take the Horse Gulch Road out, or follow the zip line trail, to a meadow and hit singletrack that spits you out at an open parking lot.

Choppy, chunky, and lots of grade changes. Kind of meh. Really hard to find speed on. Will appeal to fans of the old school jank.

Best 1 mile trail I'ver ever ridden. Fast, technical, purpose built for ripping, lots of alternate lines to make it more challenging. Moab meets Colorado! Jul 1, 2015
Wicked awesome slickrock sections and chunky gravity chutes! This is my favorite DH in the area!!! I've done multiple laps and laughed each time. 5 star flow. Charming for sure! Nov 3, 2017
