The Cold Springs trail offers a sunny traverse across the backside of Bald Mountain highlighted by a constant, rolling grade with some rocky sections. Following the traverse, the trail diverts into a fast, smooth wooded section. Connect to Warm Springs Trail for a combined 22 mile cross-country loop (best ridden clockwise), coming back along the Wood River Trail "Bike Path." This ride is a also great as an up and back or lift-accessed downhill only ride. Be advised of occasional uphill traffic on this trail. This trail is not patrolled or swept. Use at your own risk.

Great down hill, loose and lots of shale to ride over. Don't take your eyes off the trail. 10.2mi

Cold Springs feels more remote than Warm Springs… it's a more exposed trail. Lower traffic means a great ride for solitude and breathtaking views.
