Description

Leave the West Bragg Creek parking area via the south-west corner and cross the bridge over the creek. Ranger Summit trail starts about 50m up the trail at a major intersection with the Crystal Line ski trail.

After a steep start the trail climbs steadily for 3.5km until it reaches the ridge. Look out for a short optional detour after 2.75km via a minor summit with good views to the east. Once at the ridge the trail turns to the south east and climbs to the summit at the junction with Bobcat and Strange Brew.
