Description

Starting on the West side this trail begins with a 577 ft climb on a gravel trail and then up some very steep and difficult switchbacks until you reach the top of the pass. The trail then levels out as you proceed in to Hitt Canyon. However, throughout this portion of the trail there are numerous technical areas that have to be negotiated. This trail can be difficult on tired legs as is the case with an event like the Puzzler race.
