Enough fun in the wiggling descent to make the challenge of climbing out again worth it.

Description

This loop has the longest and most challenging climbs of the ride. Basically, through a series of interesting wiggles and turns, it ends up at the bottom of the ravine, crosses the stream twice, and then climbs back out to hook up with Farmdale Loop again.

It includes: nice big log pile; triple step down left hand switchback; quick turns; small drops; narrow bridges; tight trees; 2 stream crossings; multitude of roots; challenging climbs.

Use caution near the end of the long descent to the creek crossing as the final piece is steeper and comes up quickly around a bend.

Although it is partially hidden by the leaves, there is a small bridge here on L.T. with a slightly rocky approach
