Description

This trail starts right at gate and makes a lollipop. Most prefer riding this clockwise (turning left on the way up) and doing a figure 8 with Hotshot but either way is fun. It offers some smooth flowy sections, some tight twisty sections and some rock gardens that keep you on your toes.

Western half much better. Too rocky for going very fast. Bettere to ride trails across the road.

There are many patches of loose, slippery, crumbling, shale-like rock that's tough to get going on if you come to a stop. It's akin to desert riding with little shade, so check the weather first. I didn't particularly like this style of riding, however it's good practice. Sep 16, 2017
