Doubletrack between parking lot and other trails

Ken Powers

Overview

Description [Suggest Changes]

Deep hollow is a mostly grassy doubletrack trail with a few short steep pitches and some sections with loose stones. It connects the snowmobile parking lot in the northwest corner of the Rattling Creek trails to the west end of Rock's Ridge and the lookout at the hang glider launch area.

If you park at the snowmobile lot, this is a good warm up climb, but if you parked elsewhere, you may want to skip this trail unless you enjoy climbing.

The only person on our ride that seemed to be enjoying this climb was Kenny! Seriously though it is a good option if wanting to park at that lot.
