Description

Crouch Ridge connects USFS Rd 92 and USFS Rd 49. Starting from USFS Rd 92, the trail rolls across knobs and through saddles on top of Cheat Mountain.

After the intersection with Turkey Hunter, stay right to continue on Crouch Ridge. Enjoy the descent, passing through a grove of red pine before reaching USFS 49.

Turn left and descend to the river, then turn right to make a loop back to the USFS Rd 92 via Whitmeadow.
