Description

Start at a brown gate in front of you and begin riding overgrown doubletrack which is essentially an old logging road. You'll see an obvious bike trail the entire way.

You'll encounter two more gates throughout this ride. Go around all to the left. After the third and final gate, you'll be back on a gravel road that has some fun straightaways where you can easily hit 25-30 mph without fear of a root or rock coming at you from nowhere.

The gravel road will eventually intersect back with Fish Hatchery Road.

Perhaps the above commenter was put off by the signage at the bottom of Old Table Rock Road. What was once public access is not public any more. One of the landowners said that they don't mind bicycle traffic. Take the left gate when you get to the double gate. The right gate continues to Table Rock. Post logging, they have dumped big chunky rock on the road in sections. Not optimal. Enjoy! Dec 5, 2016
Please see attached photos. I asked locals and they said Table Rock Road is still open for bikers and hikers. The road sign still lists this as a public road, but the gate bars motor vehicles. Jan 4, 2018
I've read the review and the 2 comments and still don't understand one thing. Is it okay to drive up and leave a car at the green trail head shown on this map? Thanks. May 18, 2018
