Description

Though probably more fun the opposite way, it is outlined here in a south to north direction, corresponding to a clockwise Woods Mountain Loop.

Beautiful woodland, nice stream crossings, and a couple (short) downhills await, but so do a handful of seriously steep uphill grades in places. They are short, but expect to walk them.

Starting at the south end from FSR 1073, Harris Creek will climb approximately 500 feet in elevation by the time it meets up with FSR 469A. Turning left on this road gets you nowhere; turning right takes you to FSR 469 or Huskins Branch Road.
