Very Dry. This is an amazing trail if you do it from Lava Lake to Edison - after come down from Bachelor on Metolius. Fast. History

Description

The Dinah Moe Humm & Kiwa Butte Trail connect Edison Snow Park to Wanoga trails. You can access the new Tyler's Traverse at the East end as well as Kiwa Butte trail which will take you out to Tiddlywinks. A very fun addition to the local Bend trails. It's pretty easy, though you'll encounter a few technical sections. Great views of Bachelor from a few places, but mostly forested.

Much more fun coming back than headed up (if you park at Edison and are coming back this way at the end of your ride). Multiple cool sections with a lot of flow, not many jumps though. A couple of rock gardens keep it interesting with some technical challenges... Jul 10, 2015
