Picturesque route around the Bratca-Remeti-Bulz area of Western Carpathians.

Start from Bratca village, where there is a train station, and head south on a paved road to Ponoara. Leave the road for an unpaved trail south and uphill.

Follow the road south along the ridge. Descend to Iada valley and Remeti. You can stop at the Carpathia Hotel for refreshments and/or a meal. Head east along a valley until it ends and cross a river to start a steep uphill to a shepherd's place.

Follow the ridge road to the north, passing the paved road leading to Dragan Dam. Continue north until your reach the outskirts of Bulz village. Descend to the west on any of the roads.
