Family Friendly Kids love to tackle the pumptrack's small rollers and berms! Even for those on a Strider-type bike, it's completely doable and will present them with a safe challenge and a fun way to improve.

Description

While not exactly a trail, the numerous rollers and berms of the Pump Track provide riders of all ages with the ability to improve the set of core MTB skills that will make a dramatic difference in their riding on trail.

As you begin to get used to the track, try to eventually complete a full loop, without having to pedal, by compressing the rear of your bike into the back side of each roller: If you're gaining speed and pooped by the end, you're doing it right!
