This is an informal and unmarked, yet legal, trail within Michaux State Forest. This trail, and others that are nearby, are currently under assessment by the land manager toward a more static and stewarded trail system. Cutting a new trail or re-routing is considered illegal. As such, do not cut new trails without approval, observe potential future trail closings and official re-routing, and minimize your impact while riding. Avoid riding during PA hunting seasons.

Description

The trail starts out to the left (south) of a gravel logging road with a gate off Leper Farm Road. There are minor log obstacles and few rocks. The trail is mostly downhill with relatively good flow.

There is one minor switchback climb about 3/4 of the way through. The trail is multi-directional, but is best ridden from Leper Farm Road ending at Leaf Trail Road.
