Description

This trail starts at the Wild Burro TH within the Dove Mountain Resort and is open to the public. There are nice facilities at the TH but be prepared for an above normal number of hikers. The trails are well-marked with vertical sign posts.

Wild Burro initially has a mix of double wide, single wide, and sandy wash before turning uphill on a rocky ascent that is a hike-a-bike for most mortals.

This route is the short way to get to the Ridgeline Loop but I'd prefer to ride the much longer route from Honeybee to ride Ridgeline Trail and avoid the hike-a-bike.
