Sequiota Park is popular with young families, and there are many great stopping points along the way.
Technically open sunrise to sunset, but it's not gated.

This paved path is a very easy, mostly level off-road trail from Lake Springfield up to multiple Eastern Springfield suburbs.
The trail passes through Sequiota Park along the way, which makes for another enjoyable stopping point, especially for families. Used by various pedestrians and cyclists, this path can be quite popular. Please keep an eye or an ear out for other visitors.
