A great trail, not without its challenges. It combines climbing, roots, rocks and meadows.

Description

This trail (White blaze) begins at the Archer House parking lot. The Rock Run Trail (Yellow blaze) branches off to the right shortly after you start climbing the water bars on the initial hill. When you near the Steppingstone Museum Trailhead, the trail starts smoothing out elevation-wise and takes you through some nice singletrack before you pop out at the museum entrance at Quaker Bottom Rd.

After crossing the entrance road, the trail continues across the meadows and then back into the woods, where it drops down to meet the Susquehanna Ridge Trail (Red blaze). Choose your downhill thrill from here, or turn around and head back the way you came.
