Description

Heading towards the Center for Wildlife Education and Fish Hatchery visitor center from the parking lot, ride to the gated forest access road with the visitor center on your right. Once you've passed the gate and over the bridge, take a right onto the small wooden walkway bridge and up the trail. The trail climbs steeply initially with a few sections of water bars and roots that are very slippery when wet. The trail eventually levels off and takes you to the intersection of Butter Gap #25.
