Sandpoint Watershed.

Description

Start at the roundabout parking, Sparky, or at the top of the resort's Great Escape chairlift.

This trail is super fun and proves an easy downhill with jumps of all sizes. However, all features should be looked at first before riding!

The trail comes out on the 4th switchback and then drops off the road in about 1.4 miles, just watch for the pink tape. The trail also comes out on Schweitzer Mtn Rd. before the 2nd switchback.

Schweitzer recreation district runs a $5 shuttle in the summer months on Saturday and Sundays. Pick ups (10, 12 and 2) are at the bottom parking lot at the railroad tracks.

Was told conditions were rough, and the XC trail would be better. Rough yes, but I loved the challenge, great upper section.
