Description

If you're looking for big berms, rollers and turns, Flow is not your trail.

Flow starts at the top of Benson Grade opposite of Down Dogger. It jumps in right away to tight, steep and rocky terrain through a very lush forest.

The wild ride in the upper reaches of the route makes a transition to a few carving turns on loose thunder as the forest opens up briefly. The respite is short-lived as you dive back into the forest and regain the steep descent.

The lower reaches include multiple (and slippery) ladder bridge crossings.

The finale of the route crosses a fly-over, followed by a couple of berms and a table jump (optional line).

Flow ends at the highway. Stay right to pedal along the shoulder back to the main South Trails parking area.
