Description

A great trail system with easy access from McCall. There is a bike path under construction to connect the trail system to McCall that should be completed by the Spring of 2015.

The trail starts at the Grand Traverse and meets up with Polar Express Trail at the end. The trail can be ridden in either direction. From the Grand Traverse end you'll descend down some fast switchbacks and traverse into a small basin. From here the trail begins climbing again at moderate grades up switchbacks. The trail enters a thick tree canopy and is very lush before connecting with the Polar Express Trail. The trail has turns and features along the way to keep things interesting. This trail is great to tie in with others to form a nice loop.

The trails feel remote, even though you are really close to town.
