Description

Head out 74 E and make a left on Deadmans Road (dirt road). From here you can choose to shuttle to the top or park at the bottom and bike to the top.

Recommended shuttle ride as the climb is just the dirt road you drive in on and is not very fun. recommend climbing up Lone Pine instead.

Deadman's Road is usually closed until the end of July.

You can shuttle all the way to the top of the trail. That is a technical rocky climb through a field and up through the top of the ridge. When you start descending you'll hit the first road crossing, that is where this map starts.

The descent is extremely rocky and very technical in parts. You drop into 3 or 4 rock gardens that will test your ability to pick a line and crawl through it while keeping your balance. The fast parts still have baby heads all over the place and will eat up your rims if you choose a bad line or go in too fast.

Be safe and enjoy!
