Description

Combine with Loggers to make a loop. This is the most remote and technically challenging of the Loggers Loops. Look for the alternate lines in the ledges for some really wild options, with terrain more typical of DH riding(or maybe trials riding if you are crazy enough to consider trying to ride up it).

IMPORTANT NOTE: An unmapped path leaves from the North side of the loop. Careful not to follow it, especially if you are riding counterclockwise- you could end up on Route 86 and need to ride the road back towards Lake Placid. As with all the trails on Forest Preserve lands in this area, there are no signs until a management plan can be approved.

All the trails were good and technical. Only recommendation would be to improve signage at trail intersection. 8mi — 1h 30m
