Description

As the name implies, looks like the surface of the famous red planet. Mars is 1.5 miles of hard Alabama clay and is completely cutout of a dense section of woods in the middle of a field. Typically, local riders view Mars as a good warm-up ride or a way to kill some time while you wait on those late arrivals (you know who you are) to show for the group ride. The trail is a series of switchbacks, mild ascents & descents, with some small rollers thrown in. The trail can be ridden by riders of all skill levels.
