Ridge Trail connects the Rock City shelter and Bench Trail in a beginner-friendly fashion but then becomes steep and rocky, descending via an eroded gully and rocky singletrack to Mt. Chateau south.

Super wet (running water all the way down). Rock base keeps it from getting goopy. Gnarly as ever after the winter, lots of debris piles along trail
