When I travel for work I search out Runs and active events in the area. On one trip to Baton Rouge, Louisiana I raced a 5k and many participants wore a shirt stating: Train Hard, Live Easy. I connected with that saying immediately as life is much easier when you're fit. You'll always be ready for what life throws your way. Enjoy the Outdoors.
