This is an exit off the trail to Alvarado Road. It is easy to miss because it looks like a washout and the trail narrows. Watch for the sign. The trail down to the road is Extremely difficult but short if you need to bail after a 1.5 miles or so.

The large slab in the picture pinches the trail to about 18" so you may want to walk your bike at this point.
