Overview

This course takes riders by through a park listed on the National Register of Historic Places as Tannehill Furnace, it was a major supplier of iron for Confederate ordnance.

Description

Through this 10-mile course there are many twists and turns. The course begins with a quick leg-warmer. There is a small climb of approximately 100 feet and then enjoy the ridge ride.

For the next three miles, enjoy the gradual descent with some 180's and fast runs. The next 2.5 miles is a gradual uphill with tight turns and narrow passages. The last 1.5 miles is a rapid descent with a couple of 180's.
