Very little parking but dogs are allowed when leashed.
Description
The trail is mapped out with blue marks on the trees. You may see some yellow/blue combos indicating it’s shared with hikers. The trailhead and parking area has three picnic tables on the Suwannee River.
The first four miles when following the river are nice and flowy with some slight elevation changes with nice views. The second half of the trail gets more technical and tight with some whoop sections and switchbacks. Just when you think you’re done, it’s about a mile of tight turns near some springs.
Didn't meet anyone on a Wednesday evening. Pretty tired by the end, enjoyed it.
