Description

This road is not marked or signed. This is a gravel forest road that eventually degrades in condition the further you travel along it, from Rich Mountain Look-Out (TN-FSR467A), to Jack Branch Spur (NC-FSR486B).

It is very easy to miss the entrance to Jack Branch Spur (NC-FSR486B) from this road, and if you continue on, you'll encounter several pond size mud holes that are almost impassable. This means you have probably gone too far. The road dead-ends in the forest.
